For orders under £200, the shipping fee is £20 for items shipped from our Istanbul fulfillment center and £5 for those shipped from our London fulfillment center. Free returns:
Returns are completely free. You can return unused, unlabeled, undamaged and fully accessorized products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Exceptions:
Returns are not possible for books and sub-products in the underwear category. In the swimwear category, returns cannot be made for products whose hygiene stickers have been removed or damaged
