Jön Chocolate was established in 2020 with the aim of increasing access to pure chocolate and cocoa. By working directly with local and organic cocoa farms, they bring cocoa beans to Turkey without any intermediaries and carry out all processes from roasting to packaging in their own facilities. This way, they offer their customers simple, additive-free, and 100% natural chocolates.

Free international shipping over £200:
For orders under £200, the shipping fee is £20 for items shipped from our Istanbul fulfillment center and £5 for those shipped from our London fulfillment center. Your order will be delivered to the cargo company within 1-2 business day, unless otherwise stated. The delivery time to your address usually varies between 2-4 business days.

Duties:
All import duties are included in the item price.

Free returns:
Returns are completely free. You can return unused, unlabeled, undamaged and fully accessorized products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Exceptions:
Returns are not possible for books and sub-products in the underwear category. In the swimwear category, returns cannot be made for products whose hygiene stickers have been removed or damaged
