Place natural bamboo sticks into the ceramic and turn the sticks upside down 2-3 times a week. For correct use of the product, it is recommended to invert the sticks 3-5 times a day for the first 3 days.

For orders under £200, the shipping fee is £20 for items shipped from our Istanbul fulfillment center and £5 for those shipped from our London fulfillment center.
