Good People of vitruta came together at Casa Lavanda, invited by Kombucha 2200.
The day began with breakfast prepared by Casa Lavanda, followed by a guided mushroom foraging walk through the forests of Şile with mushroom expert Jilber Barutçuyan, with RAINS rainwear accompanying us along the way. After exploring the fascinating world of mushrooms, learning about different species and their roles in nature, we ended the day with Casa Lavanda’s specially curated autumn menu.
